About Us
Because work should be fun
At YMP, we believe life's to short for boring clothes and serious business meetings. We're all about good times, great people and making clothes that you actually want to wear. We started this brand because we believe work shouldn't feel like work-and neither should getting dressed. Whether you're clocking in, kicking back, or just along for the ride, YMP is here to keep things casual, comfortable, and always a good time!

CEO
Coleton Gossett, the young mastermind behind YMP, he’s never been one to sit still, whether in a classroom, on a football field or at the starting line of a drag race. From welding to wrenching, Coleton’s always been more about horsepower than homework.
With an entrepreneurial spirit (and probably a little too much confidence), he built YMP alongside his mom and stepdad—because great ideas (and good times) run in the family. Together, they’ve blended high-quality fashion with just the right amount of humor, proving that style doesn’t have to take itself too seriously.
Building a business with family means plenty of creative brainstorming sessions, a few heated debates, and a whole lot of laughter. When he’s not turning wrenches at his dad’s family business, he’s turning heads with YMP’s laid-back, good-time designs. And when he's not doing that? He's probably at a poker table, where his ability to read people, take risks, and bluff his way into a win has made him just as comfortable stacking chips as he is stacking success.
Serious when it counts, but mostly here for the fun, Coleton is leading YMP with a mix of business savvy, blue-collar work ethic, and a sense of humor that keeps things interesting. If you see him in a suit, something important is happening. If you see him in a hoodie, well… he probably just prefers it that way.

CFO
Zane Foster-Chief Financial Officer
If you ever wondered what happens when a finance degree meets a party degree, look no further than Zane Foster. A proud graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, TX- Where he technically majored in finance but minored in good times—Zane has mastered the art of balancing spreadsheets and bar tabs.
Before joining YMP, Zane started out as a financial advisor, crunching numbers and making deals. But his true love (besides his wife, of course) turned out to be sales. He went on to sell software, climbed the corporate ladder, and eventually joined a startup in the Permian Basin, helping grow it into a multimillion-dollar powerhouse. In short—he knows how to make things happen, whether it’s a business deal or a party.
Now, as YMP’s CFO (which, let’s be honest, might as well stand for Chief Fun Officer), Zane brings his wit, experience, and business savvy to the table—keeping the books balanced while keeping the vibe light. He married the CEO’s mom, which means family meetings can double as business strategy sessions… or wild brainstorming sessions that may or may not involve a few cold ones.
With Zane on board, YMP isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement. And if there’s one thing he knows how to do, it’s take things to the next level—whether it’s a business or a good time.

COO
Michele Foster-Chief Operating Officer
Every great brand needs someone to keep the chaos in check, and at YMP, that someone is Michele Foster. Mom to the CEO, wife to the CFO, and the one who put this whole operation in motion, Michele is the glue that holds it all together—while making sure everyone’s having a good time doing it.
A nurse practitioner by trade, Michele knows how to handle high-pressure situations (like launching a clothing brand with her son and husband). Before YMP, she spent a decade as an administrator for a Fortune 500 company, proving she can run a tight ship, make tough decisions, and still show up ready to party when the work is done.
Michele brings a mix of sharp business instincts, no-nonsense leadership, and just the right amount of fun to the YMP team. She’s the one making sure orders get shipped, designs get finalized, and that her crew isn’t getting too carried away with the “good times” part of the business.
At the end of the day, Michele is proof that you can build something incredible with your family—as long as you have a solid plan, a little patience, and maybe a cold beer on standby.
