At YMP, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below before initiating a return or exchange.


Returns & Exchanges (Regular-Priced Items)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of confirmed delivery for regularly priced merchandise, provided items meet all eligibility requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be returned in their original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

A prepaid return shipping label

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Limited Drop & Exclusive Releases (Final Sale)

Certain YMP items are released in limited production quantities as part of exclusive drops. Due to their limited availability:

All limited drop items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If a limited drop item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Refund Process


Once your approved return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval status

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Please allow standard processing time from your financial institution after refund issuance.


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

We ask that you inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product

An incorrect item

Return Eligibility Conditions

To protect product quality and ensure fairness:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping may be declined

Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be sent back to the customer at their expense
