Totally fair. Since all our items are made to order and drop shipped, they typically ship out within 3-5 business days, but delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on the carrier. Good news is shipping is free on all orders over $25-because we believe good things and great outfits are worth the wait.

We offer returns within 30 days-but no exchanges. Why? Because everything is made to order and has to be ordered directly through the website like the custom pie it is. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and still lookin' fabulous, just email us for approval. Once we give the go-ahead, we will email you a return shipping label and you can send it back our way-just note that return shipping is on you (we wish we could teleport merch back to us, but until then it's stamps and shipping labels). Once we receive you're item, we'll refund your money minus the return shipping cost. Then you're free to snag what you really want-and if your new order is over $25, you'll get free shipping on us, because pie's better when it's delivered free.
